Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer specialized in makeup brushes over 19 years. OEM/ODM/OBM are all accepted.
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. Sample charges are refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. We accept lower quantities for trial orders, and RTS products are in stock.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30-45 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which ensures fast delivery times even for large quantities.
How can I check your product quality?
Let us know your requirements regarding items, and we will provide suggestions and a quotation. Once all details are confirmed, we can send the samples. The sample cost will be refunded after the order is placed.
What is your payment term and after-sales service policy?
We accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, and Bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping). If any issue is caused by our side, we will actively help resolve it through refunds, resending goods, or other suitable solutions. Quality complaints will be addressed within 48 hours.
